Grievance process
Write to z@baetee.com with “BAETEE Grievance” in the subject, your name, order or enquiry reference and a clear description. BAETEE aims to acknowledge a grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.
Before commerce opens
The legal name of the operating entity, registered office, GSTIN where applicable, customer-care telephone number and named Grievance Officer will be published here before online payments are accepted. Product pages will also display the applicable manufacturer or marketer, country of origin, generic name, size or quantity, price inclusive of taxes, care, edition, production estimate and return eligibility.
Authenticity statement
Website previews may use technical image advancements and digital composition. Original and Painted products are finished by human BAETEE artists and may differ naturally in brushwork and texture. Lithographic products are identified separately. No digital preview is represented as a completed human-painted original unless expressly stated.
