Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Eligible concerns

We will examine an incorrect item, material transit damage, a manufacturing or material defect, a material departure from the confirmed order, a missing component or certificate, failure to meet an expressly guaranteed date, or a canvas size or quality concern materially different from the confirmed specification.

How to report

Email z@baetee.com within seven calendar days of delivery. Include the order number, a description, clear product and packaging photographs, and an unboxing video where reasonably available. Transit damage should preferably be reported within 48 hours so a courier claim can be raised. These reporting periods do not remove non-waivable statutory rights.

Resolution

After inspection, BAETEE may provide the suitable remedy: repair, restoration, replacement, correction, a corresponding Lithographic edition, store credit, partial refund or full refund.

Where a verified canvas size or canvas-quality concern makes an equivalent original impractical, BAETEE may offer the corresponding Lithographic edition in exchange. Applicable statutory remedies remain unaffected.

Made-to-order exclusions

A preference or change-of-mind return is generally unavailable for commissioned, personalised, hand-painted, numbered or altered products; painted sneakers after fit confirmation; products damaged through wear or care; and natural differences in hand workmanship or screen colour. This exclusion does not apply where a product is defective, incorrect, materially misdescribed or subject to a mandatory remedy.

Cancellation

A cancellation may be requested before production begins. Once sourcing, design, painting or customisation starts, cancellation may be declined or reasonable work already completed may be deducted.

Return condition and certificate

An authorised return must include the product, Birth Certificate or edition certificate, original packaging, accessories, tags and complimentary items. The certificate must not be altered or transferred to another product.

Refund timing

An approved refund is initiated to the original payment method, ordinarily within 7–10 business days after inspection. The bank or payment provider may take additional time. BAETEE bears reasonable return costs where a verified issue is attributable to BAETEE.
