Shipping & Delivery

Service area
BAETEE delivers to serviceable addresses in India. International delivery is available only when expressly shown at checkout or confirmed in writing.
Production and transit
Most products are made to order. The product page, quotation or order confirmation will state the applicable production estimate before payment is accepted. Production time and courier transit time are separate. Commissions and extensively painted products may take longer.
Address and tracking
The customer must provide a complete address, postcode, telephone number and delivery instructions. Tracking is provided when available. Please inspect the outer package before accepting delivery and record visible damage.
Delays
BAETEE will communicate material delays arising from artistic production, courier disruption, weather, public restrictions, supply interruption or circumstances outside reasonable control. If fulfilment cannot be completed within a reasonable revised period, an appropriate remedy will be offered.
Failed delivery
Additional charges may apply when an order is returned because the address was incorrect, delivery was repeatedly refused, the recipient was unavailable after reasonable attempts or the shipment was not collected.
Sneaker journey
For eligible Painted sneakers, BAETEE arranges the plain-pair fit check, its return for painting and delivery of the completed pair through Blue Dart or another stated courier, subject to serviceability and the fit-check terms.
Risk and ownership
Risk passes upon confirmed delivery. Ownership passes after full payment, subject to any lawful cancellation, return or refund.
