BAETEE uses your information to answer enquiries and, when checkout opens, to fulfil orders.

Shopping bag

Your bag is stored as a Medusa cart, linked to an HTTP-only cookie in your browser, and is tied to your account: a BAETEE account is required to add items or continue to checkout, so a bag always belongs to you alone. There is no anonymous or device-only bag. When you sign in with Google, we store your customer profile and link your bag and orders to it. A secure browser cookie keeps you signed in; Google handles your credentials. Home page copy and image rotation use local storage.

Commission requests

Commission submissions are currently closed. The form does not send or store your details.

Payments

When you order, we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address to process and fulfil your order. Order records are stored by our commerce backend and PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. Order email is sent through our email provider.

Razorpay handles payment entry. We store payment references, status and order totals. Background processing may temporarily retain order and payment information while updates are retried. Order records are kept for fulfilment, returns and business record keeping.
