Painting commission
Monsoon Bicycle
The story in the painting
Rain moves through a city as a woman keeps moving forward. Loose, lively marks make a small everyday journey feel like an act of freedom.
A tribute to the daughters of India, whose courage, care and imagination have shaped lives at home and across the world.
